Each template page includes a 2-inch reference square in the corner. When you print at 100%, that square should measure exactly 2 inches on your paper. 
 
Want it bigger or smaller? Just adjust the scale in your printer settings before you print. Going to 150% makes it half  as large. Dropping to 75% shrinks it down for finer work.
